F&B Stores at Siam Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI)
The new Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport (SAI), which opened in late 2023, features a massive F&B expansion by Newrest Cambodia, covering 36 sites including 32 retail points, staff restaurants, and production centers.
Project Goals
The Food & Beverage (F&B) project at the new Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport (SAI) aims to modernize dining options, upgrading to international standards with 18+ new, diverse, and high-quality outlets in both airside and landside areas. Goals include enhancing the passenger experience, promoting local cuisine, and offering quick, convenient options for travelers.
This large-scale project is part of a national strategy to strengthen regional and global connectivity. It spans more than 2,600 hectares and includes modern infrastructures, cargo terminals, commercial zones, and premium food service offerings.
